Visualize your heart as a strong, vibrant center of energy. Begin by focusing on the first point, PC6, located on the inner forearm, about two finger widths from the wrist crease, in the middle of the forearm. This point helps to regulate the heart's energy, easing any feelings of anxiety or discomfort. Imagine a warm light radiating from this point, balancing your heart's Qi.Next, bring your awareness to HT7, found on the wrist, just below the little finger, at the crease. This point fosters calmness and tranquility, allowing your heart to rest. Visualize a gentle wave of relaxation washing over your heart, soothing any tension and bringing peace.
Now, shift your focus to CV17, located in the center of your chest, at the level of your fourth rib. This point opens your chest, making space for deep, nourishing breaths. Imagine your chest expanding with each inhale, filling with warmth and vitality, allowing your heart to be free and strong.
Move your attention to BL15, located on your back, near the spine, at the level of your heart. This point nourishes and soothes the heart, providing a sense of grounding and stability. Envision a comforting energy enveloping your heart from this point, reinforcing its strength and resilience.
Finally, bring your awareness to ST36, located on your lower leg, about four finger widths below the knee, and one finger width to the outside of the shin bone. This point boosts overall energy and vitality. Picture a vibrant energy flowing from this point, connecting with your heart, filling it with strength and endurance.
As you hold this visualization, breathe deeply. Inhale through your nose, allowing the energy from these points to flow into your heart, revitalizing it. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or fatigue. With each breath, feel your heart growing stronger, more balanced, and full of life. Trust in this process, knowing that your heart is being nurtured and supported with each passing moment. Allow this energy to harmonize within you, restoring your heart to its natural, vibrant state.
