As you continue to relax, focus on the areas of your body associated with balance and peace. Visualize the acupuncture points that will assist in alleviating allergy anxiety. Begin with LI4, located on the back of your hand, in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is known for boosting immunity and enhancing your body's defense against allergens. Feel the warmth and energy flowing from this area, empowering your system. Next, shift your awareness to HT7, found on the wrist crease, on the side closest to your little finger. This point calms the mind and supports emotional balance. Imagine a soothing wave of tranquility washing over you, easing restlessness and anxiety. Now, bring your attention to BL13, located in the upper back, slightly below the shoulder blade and near the spine. This point nurtures your lungs, helping to relieve nasal congestion. Visualize fresh, healing energy filling your lungs, clearing any heaviness within. Move to PC6, situated on the inner forearm, approximately two finger widths from the wrist crease, between the two tendons. This point harmonizes emotions, allowing you to release tension and stress. Picture a gentle breeze flowing through you, carrying away any lingering worries. Finally, focus on KI3, located near the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes kidney Yin, supporting overall vitality and balance in your body. Envision a soft, nurturing light enveloping this area, grounding you and restoring your sense of stability. As you visualize these points and their effects, breathe deeply and evenly. With each inhale, draw in calmness and balance. With each exhale, release any anxiety or discomfort. Allow the energy of these points to harmonize your mind and body, guiding you to a state of perfect equilibrium. Continue to breathe, feeling the interconnectedness of these points and their support for your emotional and physical well-being. Embrace this natural healing process as you cultivate a sense of peace and balance within. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
