This recipe addresses carpal tunnel with PC7 (Daling) to relieve wrist pain, LI4 (Hegu) to reduce inflammation, LI11 (Quchi) to promote circulation, and SJ5 (Waiguan) to relax tendons. Focus on PC7, located on the inner wrist, just above the crease. This point, known as Daling, is known to relieve wrist pain and promote relaxation in the surrounding areas.
