First, focus on Heart 7 (HT7), located on the wrist, at the crease just below the little finger. Next, shift your attention to Pericardium 6 (PC6), found about two finger widths from the wrist crease, between the two tendons in the center of the forearm. Now, visualize Lung 7 (LU7), situated just above the wrist crease, on the radial side of the forearm. Finally, bring your awareness to Bladder 15 (BL15), located on the upper back, between the shoulder blades and slightly to the left of the spine. This point strengthens the heart and calms the spirit, supporting mental clarity and reducing symptoms of stress. As you visualize these points, imagine their energy flowing through the body, harmonizing the heart, lungs, and nervous system. Envision a warm, calming light enveloping these areas, soothing the mind and reducing tension, as the body naturally finds its perfect state of balance and peace.
