Focus your awareness on the five acupuncture points that will help harmonize your body and regulate your menstrual cycle.Begin with SP6, located about four finger widths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes the blood and supports reproductive health. Visualize a warm, gentle light radiating from this point, filling your body with vitality and nourishment.
Next, move to CV4, located about two finger widths below your belly button, at the center of your lower abdomen. This point tonifies the lower jiao, strengthening your reproductive organs. Now, bring your attention to KI3, found on the inside of your ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Shift your focus to LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. This point helps soothe the liver, promoting emotional balance and reducing stress. Lastly, concentrate on ST36, located about four finger widths below the kneecap, along the outer edge of the shinbone. This point boosts your Qi, or life energy, and enhances your overall vitality.
