Focus your awareness on the points in your body that will help alleviate the discomfort of neurodermatitis.Begin with LI11, located at the outer end of your elbow crease. Visualize this point as a source of warmth that clears heat and reduces inflammation, bringing relief to your skin.
Next, bring your attention to SP10, found about two fingerbreadths above the inner knee. Imagine this point invigorating your blood, promoting circulation, and nourishing your skin, helping to diminish the itchiness and thickening.
Now, shift your focus to LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and second toe. Picture this point soothing your liver, releasing tension, and allowing for emotional balance, which can ease the skin's reaction.
Move your awareness to HT7, located on the wrist crease, on the side of your little finger. Envision this point calming your mind and spirit, reducing stress and anxiety that may contribute to your skin issues.
Finally, concentrate on ST40, situated on the lower leg, midway between the knee and ankle, about two fingerbreadths to the outer side of your shinbone. See this point clearing phlegm and unwanted blockages, promoting a sense of clarity and ease throughout your body.
As you visualize these points, breathe deeply and rhythmically, allowing the energy from each point to flow through you, harmonizing your skin and mind. Picture the heat dissipating, the blood flowing freely, and the phlegm clearing, leading to smoother skin and a serene state of being.
