Alzheimer's Relief: Improve Clarity and Memory

This recipe uses GV20 to clear mind, HT7 to calm shen, KI3 to nourish kidneys (marrow to brain), BL62 (Shenmai) for brain Yang, and PC6 to regulate emotions. It supports cognitive health. Contraindications: Use caution with GV20 in head conditions.

Focus your awareness on the points of connection within your body that support cognitive health.

Begin with GV20, located at the top of your head, in the center where your skull meets the spine. Visualize a gentle light clearing your mind, allowing thoughts to settle and clarity to emerge. This point helps to lift confusion and promote mental clarity.

Next, bring your attention to HT7, found on the wrist, in the crease just below the little finger. Imagine a soothing warmth radiating from this point, calming your spirit and emotions. It fosters tranquility and a sense of peace, nurturing your inner self.

Now, shift your focus to KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, behind the bony prominence. Envision a nourishing energy flowing from this point, replenishing your kidneys and sending vitality to your brain. This connection strengthens the essence that supports memory and cognitive function.

Move to BL62, located just below the outer ankle bone. Picture this point as a beacon of light that energizes your brain's Yang, invigorating your mental processes and enhancing your alertness. It helps to harmonize the mind and body, fostering a balanced state of awareness.

Finally, rest your attention on PC6, situated on the inner forearm, about two finger widths from the wrist crease. Visualize this area as a channel for emotional balance, smoothing any turbulence in your feelings. It supports emotional regulation and helps create a calm mental environment.

As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe deeply. Inhale the nourishing energy flowing from these locations, feeling their combined effects harmonizing your mind and body. With each exhale, release any tension or confusion, allowing clarity and peace to fill the space within you.
