This recipe uses BL20 to support spleen, CV12 to regulate digestion, ST36 to boost Qi, SP6 to nourish spleen, and LR13 to regulate spleen. It supports pancreatic exocrine function. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

BioCoherence Meditation

As you continue your deep meditation, bring your awareness to the five key acupuncture points that will support your pancreas and digestive health. First, focus on BL20, located on your back, about two finger widths from your spine at the lower back level. This point supports the spleen, which plays a crucial role in digestion and the production of vital energy. Next, shift your attention to CV12, found in the center of your abdomen, just above your belly button. This point helps regulate digestion and harmonize the stomach, promoting a balanced digestive process. Now, visualize ST36, located on your lower leg, about four finger widths below your kneecap, slightly to the outside of your shinbone. This point is known to boost your energy (Qi) and strengthen your overall vitality, enhancing your body's ability to digest food efficiently. Bring your focus to SP6, located on the inner side of your leg, about four finger widths above your ankle bone. This point nourishes the spleen and supports its function in digestion and fluid balance. Please note to avoid this point if you are pregnant. Finally, direct your awareness to LR13, situated on the side of your abdomen, directly below the rib cage. This point helps regulate the spleen and supports the overall digestive process, ensuring that nutrients are absorbed effectively. As you visualize these points, imagine them glowing warmly, radiating healing energy throughout your body. Picture the spleen and pancreas working harmoniously, producing the necessary digestive enzymes, allowing your body to absorb nutrients effortlessly. In this state of meditation, visualize your digestive system operating at its best. See the food you consume transforming into nourishing energy, effortlessly supporting your body. With each breath, invite balance and health into your digestive system, allowing any deficiencies to dissolve and be replaced with vitality. With each inhalation, feel the energy from these points flowing through you, enhancing your well-being. With each exhalation, release any tension or discomfort related to your digestion. Allow this healing energy to harmonize your body, restoring your pancreas and digestive function to its most natural and effective state. As you remain in this tranquil space, trust in the process of healing and the nourishment that surrounds you.
