(Autoimmune tiredness, Muscle weakness, Poor concentration)
This recipe uses SI16 (Tianchuang) for neck and Qi, ST18 (Rugen) for chest and Qi, Hy2 (Sibai) for facial circulation, CV6 (Qihai) to tonify energy, and TV6 (Zhongzhu) for lower abdomen. It reduces autoimmune fatigue. Contraindications: Avoid Hy2 near eyes; use caution with CV6 in abdominal conditions.
