BioCoherence Meditation
Allow your awareness to gently focus on the acupuncture points that will aid in relieving pain, stiffness, and muscle tension.Begin with TH15, located on the shoulder, just behind the collarbone. This point is known as Tianliao, which helps alleviate shoulder pain and tension, promoting ease and comfort in your upper body.
Next, direct your attention to KI23, found on the ribcage, about two finger widths below the nipple. Known as Shenfeng, this point supports kidney health, enhancing vitality and grounding your energy.
Shift your focus to BV1, located at the lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone. This point, Qichong, is essential for regulating energy in the lower body. Exercise caution here, as it can be sensitive, but visualize it bringing warmth and relief to your core.
Then, turn your awareness to GV6, situated along the spine, between the shoulder blades. Jizhong helps to harmonize the spine and release tension from the back, allowing for a free flow of energy throughout your body.
Finally, focus on La4, located on the wrist, in the depression between the tendons. Known as Hanyan, this point aids in calming the mind and regulating head tension, promoting clarity and relaxation.
As you visualize these points, feel the connections between them and the organs they influence. Sense the harmonious flow of energy that begins to circulate through your body, relieving stiffness and discomfort.
In this state of deep meditation, breathe naturally and with intention. With each inhalation, invite in fresh energy, and with each exhalation, let go of pain and tension. Allow the effects of these points to integrate into your being, restoring balance and harmony.
Continue to breathe deeply as you hold this visualization, embracing the natural healing that unfolds, guiding your body back to its perfect, constructive state.
