This recipe uses TH6 (Zhigou) to regulate Qi, KI14 (Siman) to nourish Yin, Ha4 (Dicang) for facial circulation, CV8 (Shenque) to tonify Qi, and Ly3 (Zhongji) for lower abdomen. It reduces muscle weakness. Contraindications: Avoid CV8 in abdominal conditions.

Move your awareness to CV8, located in the center of the lower abdomen, just below the navel. This point tonifies Qi, infusing your body with strength and resilience. Feel the energy accumulating here, empowering your core and supporting your overall health. Note that this point should be approached with care if there are any abdominal conditions present.
Lastly, bring your focus to Ly3, located on the lower abdomen, about three fingerbreadths above the pubic bone. This point aids in the health of the lower organs, promoting balance and stability. Allow its energy to settle, fostering a sense of security and well-being.
As you hold this visualization, breathe deeply into these points. Imagine the energy circulating through your body, connecting each point harmoniously.
