Neurological Support 5: Relief for Nerve Pain Symptoms

Neurological Support 5: GB37, KI1, La13, GV23, TV3

This recipe targets neuropathy with GB37 (Guangming) for leg and nerves, KI1 (Yongquan) to ground energy, La13 (Benshen) for head and nerves, GV23 (Shangxing) to clear head, and TV3 (Siman) for lower abdomen. It supports nerve health. Contraindications: Avoid GV23 in scalp conditions.

BioCoherence Meditation

Focus on the area of discomfort, allowing yourself to become aware of sensations in your body. Visualize the acupuncture points that support nerve health:

GB37, located on the outer side of the lower leg, can be felt about six inches above the ankle. This point, known as Guangming, enhances the health of the legs and nerves. Imagine a warm light radiating from this point, soothing and rejuvenating.

Now bring your attention to KI1, found on the sole of the foot, in the center. This point, Yongquan, grounds energy and connects you to the earth. Envision a steady flow of energy rising from the ground, filling your body with stability and calmness.

Shift your focus to La13, located on the lower back, just above the hip. Known as Benshen, this point supports the head and nerves. Picture a gentle wave of energy traveling from this point upward, clearing tension and promoting clarity.

Next, visualize GV23, which lies at the top of the head, just above the forehead. This point, Shangxing, helps clear the mind. Envision a bright light shining from this area, dissolving any blockages and bringing clarity to your thoughts. Note that it is best to avoid this point if there are any scalp conditions.

Lastly, bring your awareness to TV3, located on the lower abdomen. Known as Siman, this point nurtures the organs connected to the lower body. Imagine a warm, healing energy radiating from this area, nourishing and revitalizing your internal systems.

As you meditate on these points, breathe deeply. Inhale healing energy as you visualize the light from each point merging and flowing throughout your body. Exhale any sensations of numbness, tingling, or weakness, allowing them to dissipate with each breath.

Feel the balance returning to your body, as these points harmonize your energy and support your nerve health. Allow this process to unfold naturally, inviting relaxation and ease. Trust in your body's ability to heal and restore itself to a state of perfect balance. Continue to breathe deeply and embrace this sensation of rejuvenation.
