Finally, connect with PC6, located on the inner forearm, two fingerbreadths above the wrist crease. This point regulates Qi, harmonizing the flow throughout the body. As you breathe deeply, visualize the interaction of these points harmonizing your body. Each point supports the others, creating a network of healing energy that enhances circulation and mobility.
