BioCoherence Meditation
Visualize the acupuncture points that will aid in relieving asthma symptoms.
Begin with LU7, located on the inner forearm, approximately 1.5 inches above the wrist crease. This point, known as Lieque, opens the lungs, allowing for deeper, more expansive breaths. Imagine a warm light radiating from this point, filling your lungs with fresh, invigorating energy.
Next, focus on CV17, situated at the center of the chest, in line with the nipples. This point, Danzhong, regulates the flow of Qi in the chest. Visualize this area expanding, creating space and ease in the chest, as if a gentle breeze is flowing through, soothing tightness and constriction.
Now turn your attention to BL13, located on the back, about 1.5 inches from the spine at the level of the third thoracic vertebra. Known as Feishu, this point strengthens the lungs. Picture a grounding energy flowing from this point, fortifying the lung tissue and enhancing your overall respiratory function.
Finally, find Dingchuan, located just below the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra. This point aids in relieving wheezing and promotes clearer breathing. Envision a wave of calm washing over this area, dissolving any tension and facilitating smooth air passage.
As you hold these images in your mind, breathe deeply, allowing each inhalation to draw in healing energy and each exhalation to release discomfort. Envision your lungs becoming stronger and more resilient, the Qi flowing freely, and your chest expanding effortlessly.
Continue to breathe, embracing this state of balance, as your body naturally aligns with a perfect, calm, and constructive state of being. Allow this harmony to envelop you, facilitating peace and ease in every breath.
