As you continue to relax and deepen your state of calm, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that support mental health and emotional balance. Visualize the point BL6, located on the back of your head, slightly above the hairline, which promotes mental clarity and helps alleviate feelings of confusion. Imagine a warm light radiating from this point, filling your mind with clarity and peace. Now, shift your focus to TH21, found just in front of your ear, at the level of the ear canal. This point helps to balance your emotions and calm your spirit. Picture soothing waves washing over your ears, releasing any tension or anxiety. Next, concentrate on SP5, located on the inner side of your ankle, just below the bony prominence. This point strengthens your spleen and promotes a sense of calm. Envision a gentle breeze flowing through your body, grounding you and providing a sense of stability. Move your awareness to BL40, situated in the center of the back of your knee. This point supports the lower back and helps to enhance the flow of Qi throughout your body. Feel warmth and vitality radiating from this area, revitalizing your energy. Finally, bring your attention to CV11, located on your abdomen, just below your sternum. This point helps regulate digestion and harmonizes emotions. Visualize a soft light emanating from this point, promoting a sense of balance and tranquility within. As you visualize each of these points, allow their healing energies to harmonize and balance your mind and emotions. You are supported in releasing anxiety, grief, and obsessive thoughts, moving toward a state of ease and clarity. Breathe deeply, and with each exhale, let go of what no longer serves you. Embrace the feeling of being centered and whole.
