As you continue to deepen your breath and relax, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that will aid in soothing your throat and relieving discomfort.First, locate LI4, found on the back of your hand, in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is known to clear heat and promote overall balance in the body. Visualize warmth radiating from this point, helping to alleviate any tension or inflammation.
Next, shift your focus to LU10, situated on the palm side of your hand, at the base of your thumb. This point is associated with the lungs and is effective in soothing the throat. Imagine a gentle breeze flowing through your throat as you breathe, bringing relief and comfort.
Now, bring attention to CV23, located in the center of your throat, just above the collarbone. This point helps clear the throat and is essential for voice and communication. Visualize a soft, cleansing light emanating from this area, washing away discomfort and tension.
Move to ST44, found on the outer side of your foot, just before the second toe. This point helps to clear heat from the body. Envision a cooling sensation spreading from your foot up through your body, offering calmness and balance.
Finally, focus on KI6, located on the inside of your ankle, just behind the bone. Known as Zhaohai, this point nourishes Yin, promoting hydration and soothing dryness. Visualize a nourishing liquid flowing through your body, bringing comfort and relief to your throat.
As you hold these visualizations, take a deep breath in, feeling the energy of each point harmonizing within you. With each exhale, release any discomfort or tension, allowing your throat to return to its natural state of ease.
Continue to breathe deeply, letting the healing energy of these points balance and restore your throat. Allow yourself to feel the relief spreading through your body, knowing that you are nurturing your health in a natural and profound way.
