Focus your awareness on the body and the points that will guide you to relief from acute tonsillitis.

Begin with LI4, located in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point helps to clear heat and alleviate discomfort, promoting a sense of calm throughout your body. Visualize warmth radiating from this point, dissipating any excess heat.

Next, shift your attention to LI11, found at the outer edge of your elbow crease when the arm is bent. This point works to reduce inflammation. Imagine a soothing light enveloping your elbow, spreading down your arm and into your throat, easing the swelling and discomfort.

Now, bring your awareness to LU10, located near the base of your thumb on the palm side. This point specifically soothes the throat. Picture a gentle wave of relief washing over your throat, softening any tightness and bringing a sense of tranquility.
