This recipe uses LI11 to clear heat, SP10 to invigorate blood, BL17 to regulate blood, ST36 to boost Qi, and LR2 (Xingjian) to clear liver heat. It reduces psoriasis symptoms. Contraindications: Use caution with LI11 in skin infections.

Begin with LI11, located at the outer elbow crease. This point helps clear heat from the body, which is essential for reducing inflammation and redness in your skin.

Next, visualize SP10, found on the inner thigh, about two fingerbreadths above the knee. This point invigorates your blood, promoting circulation and helping to nourish your skin from within.

Now, direct your awareness to BL17, located on your back, between the shoulder blades, a little to the left of the spine. This point regulates your blood, ensuring it flows freely and supports your skin's health.

Shift your focus to ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below the knee cap, on the outer side of your leg. This powerful point boosts your Qi, or vital energy, enhancing your overall vitality and resilience.

Finally, bring your attention to LR2, situated between your big toe and second toe, just a bit closer to the big toe. This point helps clear liver heat, which can contribute to skin issues and helps bring balance to your body.

As you visualize these points, imagine them glowing with a warm, healing light. Each point works in harmony to reduce the symptoms of psoriasis: the heat, the itchiness, and the redness. Picture the inflammation subsiding, your skin becoming smooth and calm.

Inhale deeply, drawing in the nourishing energy from these points. Feel it circulating through your body, revitalizing your skin and calming your mind. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or discomfort, allowing the healing energy to take its place.
