Lymphadenitis Relief: Soothing Swollen Lymph Nodes

This recipe uses LI11 to clear heat, LU7 (Lieque) to open lungs and lymph, ST36 to boost immunity, CV12 to support digestion, and BL13 to strengthen lungs. It alleviates swollen lymph nodes. Contraindications: Use caution with CV12 in abdominal conditions.

Visualize your body as a harmonious system, where each area supports the others. Begin by focusing on the acupuncture point LI11, located at the outer elbow crease. This point helps clear heat from the body, alleviating pain and swelling.

Now, bring your attention to LU7, found on the wrist, just above the thumb. This point opens the pathways of the lungs and lymphatic system, enhancing your body's ability to defend against illness.

Next, shift your focus to ST36, located about four finger widths below the kneecap, along the outer edge of the shinbone. This point is crucial for boosting your immune system, providing strength and vitality.

Bring your awareness to CV12, positioned in the center of your abdomen, just below the sternum. This point supports digestion, ensuring your body is nourished and balanced. Be mindful of its use; if you feel any discomfort in your abdomen, acknowledge it and gently return your focus to the other points.

Finally, focus on BL13, located on the back, about one and a half inches from the spine at the level of the lower shoulder blade. This point strengthens lung function, allowing for deep, nourishing breaths that promote overall wellness.

As you visualize these points, imagine each one radiating warmth and healing energy. Picture the heat and tension in your lymphatic system dissolving, replaced by a soothing flow of vitality. Feel your immune system fortifying, your lungs expanding with fresh air, and your digestion becoming effortless.

In this moment, let go of any discomfort or heaviness. Breathe deeply, allowing your body to absorb the healing energy from these points. With each breath, visualize your lymph nodes returning to their normal, healthy state, free from swelling or pain.
