Focus your attention on the areas of your body where the acupuncture points are located, allowing your mind to visualize their effects.Begin with KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, in the depression just behind the inner ankle bone. This point strengthens the kidneys, which are essential for vitality and energy. Imagine a warm light radiating from this point, nourishing your body and restoring your energy.
Move your awareness to ST36, located about four finger-widths below your kneecap, one finger-width out from the shinbone. This point boosts your Qi, your life energy. Visualize a vibrant energy flowing from ST36, filling your body with strength and vitality, helping to combat fatigue.
Now, bring your focus to CV4, found about two finger-widths below your belly button. This point nourishes your essence, the foundational energy of your being. Picture a gentle warmth enveloping this area, grounding you and providing deep nourishment to your whole system.
Next, locate BL23, situated near your lower back, about two finger-widths from your spine at the level of your lower back. This point reinforces kidney function. Envision a wave of supportive energy flowing from BL23, strengthening your kidneys and enhancing your overall health.
Finally, turn your attention to SP6, located on the inside of your lower leg, just above the ankle, behind the shinbone. This point nourishes Yin, promoting balance and harmony in your body. As you visualize this point, imagine a soothing energy spreading throughout your body, calming and stabilizing your system.
As you hold these visuals in your mind, breathe deeply. Inhale the energy from KI3, ST36, CV4, BL23, and SP6. Exhale any tension or fatigue. With each breath, feel your body becoming more balanced, more energetic, and more in tune with its natural state. Allow this healing energy to flow through you, supporting your thyroid function and overall well-being.
