Visualize the point KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, in the soft spot between your ankle bone and your Achilles tendon. This point nourishes and strengthens your kidneys, the organs responsible for filtering your blood and managing fluid balance. Imagine a warm, golden light radiating from this point, filling your kidneys with vitality and strength. Now bring your attention to BL23, found on your lower back, about two finger widths from your spine. This point supports your kidney Qi, the life force that energizes your body. Picture a supportive energy flowing from this point, stabilizing your lower back and enhancing your overall vitality.
Shift your focus to GV4, located on your lower back, just above the tailbone. This is the Mingmen point, known as the Gate of Life. Visualize a warm flame igniting here, warming your Yang energy and bringing a sense of warmth and comfort to your entire body.
Next, find SP6, situated on the inner side of your lower leg, about four finger widths above your ankle bone. This point nourishes your Yin energy, promoting balance and calmness. Envision a gentle wave of soothing energy rising from this point, enveloping your whole being in peace.
Finally, direct your awareness to LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and second toe. This point helps regulate your liver, supporting emotional balance and the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. Imagine a refreshing breeze flowing through this point, clearing away stagnation and inviting harmony.
As you focus on these points, breathe deeply, allowing the energy from each point to harmonize within you. Visualize the vibrant energy of your kidneys, lower back, and entire body coming together, forming a balanced system that reduces hypertension and alleviates dizziness. With each breath, feel the warmth, strength, and nourishment spreading throughout your body, restoring it to a perfect state of health and balance. Continue to breathe deeply, allowing the healing energy to flow freely, maintaining this sense of equilibrium and well-being.
