As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to specific points on your body that will help balance your vision and relieve discomfort.

Begin with GB20, located at the base of your skull, just below the occipital bone. This point is known for its ability to clear the head and improve focus, reducing headaches and tension. Visualize a gentle light radiating from this area, soothing any pressure you may feel.

Next, find LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and second toe. This point helps to regulate liver energy, promoting emotional balance and harmony. Imagine the energy flowing freely, allowing your liver to function optimally, which in turn helps your eyes feel clearer and more vibrant.

Now, shift your focus to ST36, just below your knee, about four finger widths down and one finger width outward from your shin bone. This point boosts your overall energy and vitality. Picture a warm, golden light filling your body, replenishing your energy and supporting your overall well-being.

Move your attention to KI3, found on the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point nourishes your kidneys, which play a vital role in maintaining fluid balance and supporting your eyes. Visualize a deep, calming blue light flowing from this area, nourishing your entire system.

Finally, bring your focus to LI4, located on the back of your hand, in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is known for its ability to reduce pain and tension. As you breathe deeply, imagine a wave of relaxation washing over this area, easing any discomfort and tension related to your eyes and head.

As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe in deeply, envisioning the energy and light from each point merging together, creating a harmonious flow throughout your body. Allow this connected energy to lower any pressure in your eyes, restore clear vision, and alleviate headaches.

Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, feeling the balance and peace settling within you. Trust in your body's ability to restore itself to its natural state of health and clarity. Let go of any tension and allow the healing energy to work its magic, ensuring that your vision remains bright and your mind clear.
