Geriatric Joint Relief: Remedies for Stiffness & Pain

Geriatric Joint Stiffness 16: TH3, ST18, Ha5, GV14, BV1

(Joint stiffness, Reduced mobility, Mild pain, Fatigue)

This recipe uses TH3 (Zhongzhu) for hand and Qi, ST18 (Rugen) for chest and Qi, Ha5 (Jiache) for facial symptoms, GV14 (Dazhui) to strengthen immunity and spine, and BV1 (Qichong) for lower abdomen. It improves joint mobility. Contraindications: Avoid Ha5 near face; use caution with GV14 in pregnancy.
