This recipe incorporates SP18 (Tianxi) to nourish spleen, ST39 (Xiajuxu) for lower body and digestion, Ha5 (Jiache) for facial and immunity support, GV2 (Yaoshu) to regulate lower jiao, and La10 (Fubai) for head and immunity. It reduces fatigue. Contraindications: Avoid Ha5 near face; use caution with GV2 in back conditions.
