This recipe uses GB43 (Xiaxi) for foot and skin, KI7 (Fuliu) to tonify kidney Yang, Hy3 (Juliao) for facial skin, GV26 (Renzhong) to clear head, and TV9 (Tianshu) for lower abdomen. It supports skin health. Contraindications: Avoid GV26 in pregnancy.

Begin by visualizing GB43, located between the fourth and fifth toes on the foot. This point, known as Xiaxi, supports the skin and helps relieve foot and skin conditions. Imagine a warm, soothing light emanating from this point, promoting clarity and ease.

Next, bring your attention to KI7, found on the inner ankle, just behind the bone. Known as Fuliu, this point tonifies kidney Yang, essential for overall vitality and skin health. Envision this energy flowing through your kidneys, nourishing your body and enhancing your skin's resilience.

Now, focus on Hy3, located just in front of the ear, near the jawline. This point, called Juliao, is vital for facial skin health. Picture a gentle wave of energy washing over your face, calming any irritation and promoting a radiant complexion.

Shift your awareness to GV26, positioned in the center of the upper lip, just below the nose. Known as Renzhong, it clears the head and enhances clarity. Visualize a bright light from this point illuminating your mind and heart, providing a sense of peace and balance. Be mindful to avoid this point if you are pregnant.

Finally, direct your attention to TV9, found on the lower abdomen, about two finger widths from the navel. This point, Tianshu, supports the lower abdomen and regulates energy flow. Imagine this area filled with warmth and vitality, fostering harmony throughout your body.
