This recipe uses BL27 (Xiaochangshu) to regulate intestines, ST27 (Daju) for digestion, SP18 (Tianxi) for chest, CV22 (Tiantu) to clear throat, and KI26 (Yuzhong) to tonify kidneys. It supports seasonal resistance. Contraindications: Avoid CV22 in throat infections.
