This recipe uses LU1 (Zhongfu) to regulate lung Qi, LI4 (Hegu) to boost immunity, ST36 (Zusanli) to enhance vitality, CV6 (Qihai) to tonify energy, and BL23 (Shenshu) to strengthen kidneys. It reduces fatigue and boosts immunity. Contraindications: Avoid LI4 in pregnancy; use caution with BL23 in severe back conditions.
