Imagine a gentle warmth spreading from the point known as LU7, located on the inside of your wrist, just above the wrist crease. This point opens the lungs, allowing fresh air to flow freely, easing any tightness and discomfort. Next, focus on CV22, situated in the center of your throat, just above the notch between your collarbones. Visualize a soothing light clearing away irritation and opening your throat, promoting ease and comfort in your breathing. Now, shift your attention to BL13, found on your back, at the level of your lower ribs, about two finger widths from your spine. Envision this point as a source of strength for your lungs, fortifying them against the effects of pet dander and enhancing your overall vitality. Finally, connect with LI4, located on the back of your hand, in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point boosts your immune system, helping your body respond effectively to allergens. Be mindful to avoid this point if you are pregnant. As you visualize these points, imagine them working harmoniously together to reduce your cough and tightness, restoring balance to your body. Feel the energy flowing freely, nourishing your lungs, soothing your throat, and enhancing your immunity. With each breath, allow this energy to expand, promoting a sense of calm and relief. Embrace the natural healing that occurs as you connect deeply with these points, bringing your body back to its perfect, normal state.
