This recipe targets allergic skin itching with LI11 (Quchi) to clear heat, SP10 (Xuehai) to invigorate blood, LU9 (Taiyuan) to strengthen lungs, and BL40 (Weizhong) to reduce inflammation. It relieves itching and rashes. Contraindications: Avoid LI11 in severe skin infections; use caution with BL40 in pregnancy.

This point reduces inflammation and promotes healing. Imagine a cooling sensation spreading from BL40, soothing the skin and easing any discomfort. With each breath, allow the energy from these points to harmonize your body. Inhale deeply, drawing in healing energy; exhale, releasing tension and discomfort. Continue this cycle, inviting balance, relief, and tranquility. As you meditate, trust in the natural healing process, allowing your body to return to its perfect state.
