This recipe targets allergic asthma with LU7 (Lieque) to open lungs, CV17 (Danzhong) to regulate chest Qi, BL13 (Feishu) to strengthen lungs, and ST36 (Zusanli) to boost vitality. It reduces wheezing and tightness. Contraindications: Avoid CV17 in chest infections; use caution with BL13 in skin conditions.

As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that support your breath and ease allergic asthma.

First, locate LU7, known as Lieque, situated on the inner forearm, about one and a half inches above the wrist crease. This point opens the lungs, helping to alleviate wheezing and promote easier breathing.

Next, focus on CV17, or Danzhong, located at the center of your chest, in line with your nipples. This point regulates the flow of Qi in the chest, helping to relieve tightness and enhance emotional balance.

Now, turn your attention to BL13, called Feishu, found on your back, approximately two inches from the spine, at the level of the lower shoulder blade. This point strengthens the lungs, fortifying your body against allergic triggers.

Finally, visualize ST36, known as Zusanli, located about four fingerbreadths below the kneecap, on the outer side of the shin. This point boosts your overall vitality and supports your immune system.

As you hold these points in your mind, breathe deeply. Inhale through your nose, filling your lungs completely, allowing the Qi to flow freely. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or tightness from your chest.

With each breath, imagine the healing energy from these points harmonizing with your body, restoring balance and vitality. As you visualize this process, feel your chest opening, your breath becoming smoother and more rhythmic.
