BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on the body's natural flow of energy as you visualize the acupuncture points that support post-stroke recovery.
Begin with LI4, located in the webbing between the thumb and index finger. This point, known as Hegu, promotes circulation and helps to invigorate the body's systems. Envision warm energy flowing from this point, enhancing blood flow and vitality, awakening the body's inherent strength.
Next, shift your attention to LI11, found at the outer edge of the elbow crease. Known as Quchi, this point reduces inflammation and supports the immune system, helping to alleviate any lingering discomfort. Picture a soothing light emanating from this point, washing away tension and nurturing healing.
Now, direct your focus to ST36, located about four finger widths below the kneecap, just off the shinbone. This point, called Zusanli, is revered for its ability to boost overall vitality and energy levels. Imagine a vibrant energy rising from this point, filling your entire being with strength and resilience, enhancing motor function and coordination.
Finally, locate GB20, situated at the base of the skull, in the hollows on either side of the spine. Known as Fengchi, this point clears the head and promotes mental clarity. Visualize a gentle breeze flowing through this area, releasing any blockages and allowing for clear thoughts and speech.
As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe deeply, allowing the energy to harmonize throughout your body. With each inhale, draw in healing energy; with each exhale, release any tension or weakness. Continue this flow, inviting balance and restoration to your muscles, speech, and motor functions.
Feel the interconnectedness of these points and their effects on your body's organs and systems. Embrace this natural healing process, trusting in your body's ability to restore itself to a perfect state of health and vitality.
