BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax, focus on the sensation in your legs. Picture the acupuncture points that will help restore balance and ease discomfort.
Locate SP6, known as Sanyinjiao, situated on the inside of the lower leg, about four fingerbreadths above the ankle bone. This point nourishes Yin, calming the spirit and promoting restful sleep.
Next, visualize BL57, or Chengshan, found in the back of the calf, midway between the knee and the ankle. This point helps to relax the leg muscles, relieving tension and twitching.
Now, turn your attention to GB34, Yanglingquan, located just below the knee on the outer side of the leg. This point regulates the tendons, promoting flexibility and ease of movement.
Finally, bring your awareness to LV3, known as Taichong, situated on the top of the foot, in the valley between the first and second toes. This point smooths Qi, enhancing energy flow and reducing restlessness.
As you connect with these points, visualize a warm, soothing light enveloping your legs, easing any discomfort and tension. Imagine the energy flowing freely, harmonizing your body and promoting deep relaxation.
Inhale deeply, drawing in the healing energy, and exhale any restlessness or discomfort. Allow your legs to feel heavy and relaxed, as if they are sinking into the ground, supported and at peace.
With each breath, affirm the balance and comfort returning to your legs. Let go of any lingering tension, and embrace this state of tranquility, knowing that you are nurturing your body naturally and effectively.
