Focus your attention on your abdomen, the center of your being. Imagine the points of balance associated with your digestion.

Locate ST25, positioned two fingerbreadths to the side of your belly button. This point is essential for regulating the intestines, allowing them to function harmoniously, reducing bloating and discomfort. Visualize a warm light radiating from this point, soothing your digestive system.

Next, bring your awareness to CV12, found in the center of your abdomen, just above the belly button. This point strengthens your digestion, enhancing your body's ability to process food. As you breathe deeply, imagine a gentle wave of energy flowing from CV12, fortifying your stomach and improving your overall digestive health. Be mindful if you have any abdominal discomfort, recognizing the need for caution here.

Now, shift your focus to SP4, located on the inside of your ankle, about a thumb's width from the edge of the bone. This point harmonizes the spleen, promoting balance and stability in your digestive processes. Visualize a soft, golden light enveloping this area, harmonizing all aspects of your digestion.

Next, connect with BL20, found on the lower back, approximately two fingerbreadths from the spine at the level of your lower ribs. This point supports the spleen, the organ responsible for transforming food into energy. Imagine a deep, nurturing energy flowing into your back, fortifying your spleen and enhancing your vitality.

Finally, focus on ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below the knee, slightly to the outside of your leg. This point is known for boosting your Qi, your life energy. As you breathe in, envision bright, invigorating energy rising from ST36, filling your entire body with strength and vitality.

As you hold these points in your mind, feel the interconnectedness of your digestive system coming into balance. Picture the energy flowing smoothly through your body, dissolving discomfort, reducing bloating, and promoting comfort.

Allow this vibrant energy to harmonize your digestion, transforming any feelings of intolerance into ease. With each breath, feel more aligned, more at peace, and more balanced. Embrace this state of harmony, knowing that your body is capable of restoring itself to a natural, constructive state. Continue to breathe deeply, letting this sensation of balance settle within you.
