This recipe uses SP6 to nourish Yin, CV3 to regulate lower jiao, BL32 to regulate pelvis, KI3 to tonify kidneys, and LR3 to soothe liver. It reduces preputial inflammation. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

BioCoherence Meditation

Focus your attention on the area just above your ankle, where you can find the point known as SP6. This point is located about four fingers' breadth above the inner ankle bone, on the inside of your leg. Imagine a gentle, nourishing energy flowing from this point, calming and supporting your body's Yin, which helps balance your overall energy.

Now, shift your awareness to the center of your lower abdomen, where CV3 resides. This point is just below your navel. Visualize a warm, stabilizing light emanating from this area, regulating the lower part of your body and bringing harmony to your vital functions.

Next, bring your focus to the lower back, around the sacral area, where BL32 is located. Envision a soothing wave of energy flowing through this point, nurturing your pelvic region and promoting a sense of ease and comfort.

Move your attention to the inside of your ankle again, this time to KI3, situated behind your inner ankle bone. Picture a grounding force radiating from this point, strengthening your kidneys and helping to enhance your vitality and resilience.

Finally, direct your awareness to the top of your foot, between the first and second toes, where LR3 can be found. Imagine a gentle breeze that softens any tension in your liver, promoting relaxation and emotional balance.

As you visualize these points, allow your mind to connect with their purpose. SP6 nourishes, CV3 regulates, BL32 supports, KI3 strengthens, and LR3 soothes. Together, they work harmoniously to reduce preputial inflammation and restore balance to your body.
