BioCoherence Meditation
Visualize yourself in a peaceful space, where you can focus on your breath. As you breathe in, bring your awareness to your heart and chest area. Now, let's connect with the acupuncture points that can help relieve angina pectoris.
First, locate PC6, Pericardium 6, on the inner forearm, about two finger widths above the wrist crease. This point helps regulate the flow of energy in the chest, easing tension and discomfort.
Next, focus on HT7, Heart 7, located at the wrist crease on the little finger side. This point is known to calm the heart, creating a sense of tranquility and stability within.
Move your awareness to CV17, Conception Vessel 17, which is found at the center of your chest, at the level of the fourth intercostal space. This point opens the chest, allowing for deeper breathing and a release of emotional burdens.
Now, visualize BL15, Bladder 15, located on your back, just below the shoulder blades, in line with your heart. This point soothes the heart, providing comfort and support.
Finally, bring your attention to LU9, Lung 9, located at the wrist on the thumb side. This point supports lung function, enhancing your breath and vitality.
As you focus on each point, visualize a warm, healing light flowing into them. Imagine this light soothing your heart and chest, gently releasing any pain or discomfort. With each breath, feel your chest opening, your heart calming, and your lungs expanding.
Imagine the energy flowing freely through your body, balancing your heart and chest, harmonizing your emotions, and filling you with peace. Allow this sensation to grow, enveloping you in a sense of safety and well-being.
As you continue to breathe deeply, let go of any tension or fear. Feel your heart beating steadily, your chest relaxed, and your breath deep and effortless. Allow this meditative state to guide you toward healing and balance, embracing a state of calm and clarity.
