Visualize the acupuncture points that will help reduce the symptoms of lichen ruber planus.Start with LI11, located at the outer edge of your elbow crease. This point helps clear heat from the body, cooling any inflammation and alleviating itchiness.
Next, bring your awareness to SP10, found on the inner thigh, about two inches above the kneecap. This point invigorates blood flow, promoting healing and reducing the purple plaques that may appear on your skin.
Now focus on LR3, located on the top of your foot, between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, helping to relieve stress and balance emotions, which can contribute to skin issues.
Shift your attention to ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below the kneecap, on the outer side of your shinbone. This point boosts your vital energy, or Qi, supporting overall health and vitality.
Finally, connect with BL18, situated on your back, about one and a half inches from your spine at the lower back area. This point regulates the liver, fostering balance and harmony in this vital organ.
As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding each area. Feel the heat dissipating, the blood flowing, and your Qi revitalizing. Allow any tension or discomfort to dissolve, replaced by a sense of calm and balance.
Breathe deeply, inhaling peace and exhaling any remaining discomfort. With each breath, feel your body aligning into a state of perfect health, where your skin is calm, and your energy is flowing freely.
With every heartbeat, sense the connection between your internal organs and your skin. Trust in the natural processes of your body to restore balance and harmony. Embrace this moment of healing as you continue to breathe deeply, allowing your body to return to its natural, healthy state.
