This recipe uses KI3 to tonify kidneys, ST36 to boost Qi, CV6 to tonify energy, BL23 to strengthen kidneys, and GV4 to tonify Yang. It supports adrenal medulla hypofunction. Contraindications: Use caution with GV4 in pregnancy.

Finally, connect with GV4, located on your lower back, just above the tailbone. This point tonifies Yang energy, which is essential for warmth and vitality. Picture a powerful, energizing force emerging from this point, awakening your inner strength and drive. Remember to approach this point with care, especially if you are pregnant.
