Focus your awareness on the area of your body where bile flow resides. Imagine a warm light at the right side of your ribcage, where the gallbladder is located. This is where GB34, on the outer side of your leg just below the knee, works to regulate gallbladder function, helping to promote the smooth flow of bile.

Next, visualize BL19, located on your back, just below the last rib on the right side. This point supports the gallbladder and aids in the elimination of toxins. Allow its energy to rise and envelop your gallbladder, bringing a sense of relief and balance.

Now, shift your focus to LR3, found on the top of your foot, between the first and second toes. As you concentrate on this point, imagine it soothing the liver, easing any tension and facilitating the flow of energy throughout your body.

Move your attention to ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below your kneecap, on the outer side of your leg. This point boosts your Qi, filling your body with vibrant energy. Feel this energy flowing up through your body, nurturing your organs and supporting digestion.

Finally, bring your awareness to CV12, located in the center of your abdomen, just below the ribcage. Be mindful as this point harmonizes digestion. If you feel any discomfort, breathe gently into that area, allowing the warmth and energy to flow without resistance.

As you visualize these points and their connections, imagine a river of bile flowing freely, cleansing and nourishing your body. Picture the vibrant colors of health and vitality streaming through your organs, removing any blockages and restoring harmony.

With each breath, feel the integration of these energies, uniting your gallbladder, liver, and digestive system in a dance of balance and ease. Allow this sensation to deepen, letting go of any tension or discomfort. Embrace the natural flow of your body, trusting in its ability to heal and restore balance.
