Visualize the body, focusing on the area around the abdomen. Begin by locating the acupuncture points that will assist in alleviating symptoms of pancreatitis.Imagine BL20, located on your back, about two finger widths from your spine at the lower rib cage. This point supports the spleen, helping to strengthen digestion and energy.
Next, find CV12, situated in the center of your abdomen, midway between your navel and the bottom of your sternum. This point plays a crucial role in regulating digestion and harmonizing the stomach.
Now, move to ST36, located about four finger widths below your kneecap, on the outer side of your shinbone. This point is vital for boosting your energy, or Qi, and enhances overall vitality.
Shift your focus to SP6, found on the inner side of your leg, about four finger widths above the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes the spleen and can help alleviate abdominal discomfort. Note: SP6 should be avoided during pregnancy.
Finally, visualize LR13, located just below the rib cage on the side of your body, in line with the belly button. This point helps regulate spleen function and can assist in easing pain and discomfort.
As you breathe deeply, imagine a warm, golden light radiating from these points. With each inhale, draw in healing energy, allowing it to fill your abdomen. With each exhale, release any tension, pain, or nausea.
Picture this golden light surrounding your spleen and pancreas, harmonizing their functions. Feel as the warmth of this light eases discomfort and promotes balance within your digestive system.
Continue to visualize this healing process, knowing that your body is capable of restoring itself to a state of health and equilibrium. Allow this deep relaxation to nurture your organs, creating a sense of comfort and peace within.
Embrace this moment of serenity, trusting in your body's ability to heal and find balance. Let the light and warmth guide you towards a state of well-being, where pain and discomfort dissolve into calmness and relief.
