BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to the sensations in your body. Focus on the areas where heat and fatigue may linger.Begin by visualizing the acupuncture point BL8, located at the back of your head, just above the hairline. This point helps to clear heat and is associated with calming the mind. Imagine a soothing coolness radiating from this point, easing tension and promoting clarity.
Next, shift your attention to ST12, found at the top of your chest, near the collarbone. This point aids in releasing heat from the chest. Visualize a gentle wave washing over your chest, lifting away any heaviness and inviting lightness into your breath.
Now, focus on Hy2, located at the mid-point of the cheekbone, a point that alleviates facial heat. Envision a refreshing breeze cooling your face, easing any discomfort and refreshing your spirit.
Move your awareness to CV6, situated in the lower abdomen, below the navel. This point is known for tonifying energy. Picture a warm, nourishing light filling your lower abdomen, revitalizing your energy and dispelling fatigue.
Lastly, bring your attention to TV2, located on the lower back, just above the sacrum. This point helps to balance energy flow in the lower abdomen. Envision a grounding force stabilizing your energy, creating a sense of balance and calm.
With each breath, feel the warmth of summer heat dissipating, being replaced by a sense of coolness, vitality, and balance throughout your body. Allow the energy to harmonize, restoring you to a state of perfect ease and well-being. Embrace this natural state as you continue to breathe deeply and relax.
