This recipe uses SP21 (Dabao) to nourish spleen and chest, ST42 (Chongyang) for foot and Qi, Hy2 (Sibai) for facial and immunity support, CV18 (Yutang) to open chest, and La13 (Benshen) for head and immunity. It reduces exhaustion. Contraindications: Avoid Hy2 near eyes; use caution with CV18 in chest conditions.
