Autoimmune Fatigue 10: SP1, ST22, Hy6, CV8, TV10
(Autoimmune tiredness, Muscle weakness, Poor concentration)
This recipe uses SP1 (Yinbai) to nourish spleen, ST22 (Guanmen) for digestion and Qi, Hy6 (Chengjiang) for facial circulation, CV8 (Shenque) to tonify Qi, and TV10 (Shimen) for lower abdomen. It reduces autoimmune fatigue. Contraindications: Avoid Hy6 near mouth; use caution with CV8 in abdominal conditions.
