This recipe targets skin conditions with SI9 (Jianzhen) for shoulder and skin, ST11 (Qishe) for neck and skin, Ha1 (Chengqi) for facial skin, GV16 (Fengfu) to clear head, and BV3 (Wushu) for lower abdomen. It reduces inflammation. Contraindications: Avoid Ha1 near eyes; use caution with GV16 in pregnancy.
