BioCoherence Meditation
As you settle into this space of calm, begin to visualize the acupuncture points that support your journey towards balance and ease.
Locate point BL56, situated on the back of your leg, midway between the heel and the calf muscle. This point, Chengjin, nurtures the calf and enhances the flow of Qi, helping reduce feelings of heaviness and fatigue.
Next, bring your awareness to GB11, found on the side of your head, just above the ear. Known as Touqiaoyin, this point aids in digestion and supports clarity, alleviating discomfort that may arise from food-related issues.
Now, focus on Ha7, located at the inner corner of your eye. This point, Jingming, promotes visual clarity and aids digestion. Approach this point with care, avoiding direct pressure, as it influences the harmony of the eyes and digestion.
Shift your attention to GV10, positioned along your spine, slightly below the base of your neck. Lingtai helps regulate the spine and supports overall energy flow, grounding you in stability and strength.
Finally, find TH18, located behind the ear, just below the bone. This point, Qimai, assists in regulating the head and can alleviate pressure, fostering a sense of lightness and ease.
As you traverse through these points, visualize their energy harmonizing the organs they influence, creating a balanced state within. Imagine the digestive system flowing smoothly, releasing bloating and fatigue, revitalizing your energy with each breath.
Allow yourself to breathe deeply into this visualization, connecting with the natural rhythm of your body. Embrace this moment as you integrate the soothing qualities of these points, inviting your body to return to its perfect and natural state of balance.
