BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on the acupuncture points associated with the recipe for Multiple Sclerosis. Visualize these points as you gently breathe in and out, allowing their energy to flow through your body.Begin with ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below your kneecap, one fingerbreadth to the outside of your shinbone. This point is known for boosting your vital energy, or Qi. Imagine a warm, golden light radiating from this point, filling your body with strength and vitality.
Next, move your attention to SP6, found about three fingerbreadths above your inner ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes Yin, the cooling and calming energy within you. Picture a soothing blue light emanating from SP6, wrapping around your body, bringing a sense of peace and nourishment.
Now, visualize GB34, located on the outer side of your lower leg, just in front of the head of your fibula. This point is linked to the health of your tendons and muscles. Imagine a vibrant green energy flowing from GB34, enhancing your flexibility and strength, allowing your body to move with grace and ease.
Shift your focus to BL23, which is positioned lower back, about two fingerbreadths from the spine. This point supports your kidneys, the source of your body's marrow and vitality. Envision a deep, rich brown energy radiating from BL23, grounding you and fortifying your inner strength.
Finally, bring your awareness to GV20, located at the very top of your head. This point helps clear your mind and elevate your spirit. Visualize a bright white light shining from GV20, clearing away any fogginess, allowing clarity and focus to fill your thoughts.
As you concentrate on these points, allow the colors and energies to blend together, creating a harmonious flow throughout your body. Feel the Qi circulating, nourishing and revitalizing every cell. With each breath, envision your fatigue dissolving, your strength replenishing, and your mind becoming serene.
Hold this visualization, letting it deepen with each inhale and exhale, allowing the energies to balance and restore your body to its natural state of health and vitality. Embrace this moment of healing, knowing that you are supported by the energies of these acupuncture points, working together for your well-being. Let this meditation guide you toward harmony and balance.
