Heart Capacity Increase: ST36, PC6, BL15, CV17, LU9

This recipe uses ST36 to boost Qi, PC6 to regulate chest, BL15 to soothe heart, CV17 to open chest, and LU9 to support lungs. It increases heart capacity. Contraindications: Use caution with CV17 in chest conditions.

Focus your awareness on the flow of energy within your body. Visualize the points of connection that enhance your heart's capacity and vitality.Begin with ST36, located about four finger widths below your kneecap, on the outer side of your leg. This point is known for boosting your energy, supporting your overall stamina, and revitalizing your Qi, or life force.
Next, bring your attention to PC6, found about two finger widths above the wrist crease on the inner arm. This point helps regulate the chest and calms the heart, providing a soothing influence on feelings of anxiety and discomfort.
Now, move your awareness to BL15, located on your back, in line with the heart, about one and a half inches from the spine at the level of the lower shoulder blades. This point nurtures the heart, promoting emotional balance and tranquility.
Direct your focus to CV17, situated at the center of your chest, in the middle of your sternum. This point opens the chest, enhancing the flow of energy and allowing for deep, nourishing breaths. Use caution here if you have any chest conditions, as this point can be potent.
Lastly, visualize LU9, located on the wrist, in the hollow just above the wrist crease on the thumb side. This point supports lung function, ensuring that the breath is full and deep, which is essential for nourishing the heart.
As you hold these points in your mind, imagine a warm, golden light surrounding them. This light represents healing energy, flowing smoothly through ST36, PC6, BL15, CV17, and LU9, harmonizing your heart and lungs.
Breathe deeply, feeling the energy strengthen your heart's capacity. With each inhale, visualize the light expanding, filling your chest with warmth and vitality. With each exhale, release any fatigue or heaviness, allowing your heart to feel lighter and more powerful.
