Focus now on the key acupuncture points that will support your recovery.Begin with ST36, found about four finger widths below the kneecap, just off the shinbone. This point boosts your Qi, your vital energy, enhancing overall strength and vitality.
Next, visualize BL18, located on your back, about one and a half inches from the spine at the level of your lower ribs. This point regulates the liver, helping it function smoothly, releasing any tension or blockage.
Now bring your awareness to BL19, also on your back, slightly higher than BL18, at the same distance from the spine. This point supports the gallbladder, assisting in digestion and the processing of fats, promoting a sense of lightness and ease.
Move to LR3, found on the top of your foot, in the valley between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, calming any stress or irritation, allowing for a gentle flow of energy through your body.
Finally, focus on CV12, located in the center of your abdomen, midway between your lower ribcage and your navel. This point harmonizes digestion, ensuring that your body receives nourishment effectively and efficiently.
As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding each one, bringing balance and harmony to your liver and gallbladder. Picture this light dissolving any tension, fatigue, or discomfort, replacing it with a sense of peace and rejuvenation.
Inhale deeply, drawing in energy from these points, and exhale any negativity or heaviness. With each breath, feel your body becoming lighter, more balanced, and filled with vitality. Allow this energy to flow freely, supporting your liver's recovery and overall well-being.
Continue to breathe deeply, maintaining this focus, and let the healing effects of these points resonate throughout your body, bringing you closer to a state of perfect health and balance.
