Focus your attention inward as you visualize the energy flowing through your body, particularly in the areas of the acupuncture points we will explore.

Begin with KI3, located just behind the inner ankle bone. This point is known to strengthen the kidneys, improving your vitality and enhancing your overall energy. Picture a warm, golden light radiating from this point, nourishing your kidneys and promoting balance.

Next, shift your awareness to ST36, found about four fingerbreadths below the knee, one fingerbreadth outward from the shinbone. This point is powerful for boosting your Qi, the vital energy that flows within you. Envision a vibrant, energizing light at ST36, filling you with strength and resilience.

Now, bring your focus to CV4, located a few fingerbreadths below your navel at the center of your body. This point supports the lower jiao, the area responsible for reproductive and energy functions. Imagine a comforting wave of energy enveloping this area, bringing warmth and stability, enhancing your sense of well-being.

Next, turn your attention to BL23, found on your lower back, about two fingerbreadths from the spine at waist level. This point strengthens the kidneys and supports your overall health. Visualize a deep, nurturing energy flowing from this point, grounding you and reinforcing your foundation.

Finally, focus on SP6, located a few inches above the inner ankle on the same side, where three points converge. This point nourishes Yin, promoting balance and calm throughout your body. Picture a soothing light radiating from SP6, instilling a sense of peace and nourishment.

As you breathe deeply, allow the energy from these points to harmonize within you. Feel the warmth and strength from KI3, the vitality from ST36, the stability from CV4, the grounding from BL23, and the soothing nourishment from SP6. Together, they work to restore your balance, alleviating symptoms of parathyroid hypofunction, low calcium, and muscle cramps.

Visualize this combined energy flowing smoothly throughout your body, integrating into every cell, muscle, and organ. The light expands, creating a protective and healing aura around you. With each breath, inhale strength and vitality, and exhale any tension or discomfort.

Continue to breathe deeply, allowing this harmonious energy to envelop you, bringing your body into its perfect, normal state of health and balance. Trust in this natural process of healing and restoration, letting the energy guide you toward optimal well-being.
