Focus your awareness on the points that will guide you toward restful sleep. Visualize the area of your body where these points are located.Begin with HT7, located at the wrist crease on the side of your little finger. This point calms the heart and alleviates anxiety, promoting tranquility as you prepare for sleep.
Next, move your attention to SP6, found on the inner leg, about four finger widths above the ankle bone. This point nourishes your Yin energy, fostering a sense of peace and stability. Remember, this point should be avoided during pregnancy.
Now, shift to KI3, located on the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point strengthens the kidneys, supporting your body's vital energy and helping to ground you.
Then, bring your focus to LR3, situated on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, releasing any tension and emotional strain that may hinder your ability to fall asleep.
Finally, visualize GV20, positioned at the top of your head, in line with your ears. This point clears your mind, opening pathways for clarity and calmness, encouraging a serene transition into sleep.
As you hold this visualization, breathe deeply. Inhale calmness, and exhale any stress or restlessness. Feel the balance restoring within you as each point harmonizes your energy, promoting relaxation and ease.
Allow the calming effects of each point to wash over you. Let your heart feel light, your mind clear, and your body supported. Each breath deepens your connection to this tranquility, inviting sleep to gently embrace you.
With every exhale, release any thoughts that arise. Trust in the process. You are creating space for restful sleep, allowing your body to find its natural rhythm. Embrace this moment of peace and let it guide you into restorative slumber.
