This recipe uses TH10 (Tianjing) to regulate emotions, KI18 (Shiguan) to nourish Yin, Ha8 (Zanzhu) for facial symptoms, CV10 (Xiawan) to regulate digestion, and Ly7 (Zhaohai) to calm emotions. It reduces phobias and grief. Contraindications: Avoid Ha8 near eyes.

Now, shift your attention to Ha8, Zanzhu, which sits at the inner edge of your eyebrows. This point addresses facial symptoms of emotional distress. Envision a soft, healing energy flowing through this area, releasing tension and fear.
Move to CV10, Xiawan, positioned just below your solar plexus. This point helps regulate digestion, linking your emotional state with your physical health. Picture a serene flow of energy harmonizing your gut and heart, fostering peace and stability.
